Terms & Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the S-Qnnect Customer Portal ("the Portal"), operated by S-Quad Sun ("S-Quad Sun," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not log in or use the Portal.

2. Eligibility & Account Access

The Portal is provided exclusively for S-Quad Sun customers and authorized staff. Customer accounts are for personal use and grant access to your own solar project, billing, support, and service records. Staff accounts are restricted to authorized S-Quad Sun personnel. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Portal

You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe the rights of any other user or third party;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, accounts, or systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Portal's operation or security.

4. Your Data & Privacy

Information you provide — such as your name, contact details, billing records, and uploaded documents — is used to deliver and improve our solar services. Solar performance data is retrieved from your installed system's manufacturer portal. You control the content you upload, and you may request access to or correction of your data by contacting S-Quad Sun Support.

5. Service Requests & Scheduling

Service bookings, maintenance requests, and support tickets submitted through the Portal are subject to availability and confirmation by S-Quad Sun. We will make reasonable efforts to honor requested dates, but schedules may change due to weather, staffing, or operational needs.

6. Payments & Billing

Any invoices, statements, or proof-of-payment records shown in the Portal reflect our records at the time of display. Official payment terms are governed by your signed contract with S-Quad Sun. If you believe a billing entry is incorrect, please contact us promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. S-Quad Sun shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Portal. Solar performance figures are for monitoring purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of energy output.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
